Emanuele De Leonardis

Emanuele leads Cathay Innovation’s business development and ecosystem initiatives out of Paris, focusing on creating long-term value for both entrepreneurs and corporate partners. He joined the firm in 2019 with over 18 years of experience bringing innovative, data-driven solutions to market.

Before Cathay Innovation, he contributed to the international expansion of several fast-growing startups, including PacketVideo and Amobee, both of which achieved successful exits. He also held leadership roles at major companies such as Orange and Alcatel Nokia, where he drove go-to-market strategies and product launches.

A strong advocate for technology, Emanuele works to connect startups with industry leaders to accelerate meaningful impact.

He holds two master’s degrees in engineering from Politecnico di Torino and Telecom ParisTech and speaks four languages fluently.

Outside of work, Emanuele pairs his love of sports with a curiosity for local cultural events. His not-so-secret passion is food, and he spends much of his free time cooking for friends and family.
