Marion Grégoire

Marion is an Investment Director at Cathay Innovation out of the Paris office, overseeing new investments and portfolio companies across Europe, with a particular interest in retail-related businesses. Since joining in 2020, she has backed founders reshaping how we shop and consume, including Alma, a fast-growing French BNPL fintech. Her work with Alma underscores her belief in democratizing access to retail technology, helping brands increase conversion while empowering customers with flexible payment options.

Before Cathay Innovation, Marion spent two years at RAISE Ventures, a Paris-based Series A VC fund, where she focused on fintech, software, mobility, and travel sectors. She also held previous roles in investment banking at GP Bullhound and Cambon Partners, and VC at CM-CIC Capital Privé. Marion graduated from Skema Business School.

Outside of work, Marion recharges by hitting the trails for hiking, perfecting her running pace, and mastering new Pilates moves.
