Rajive Keshup

Rajive is a Partner at Cathay Innovation, based in Singapore and Dubai, focusing on enterprise software, AI, fintech, consumer, and sports sectors. Since joining in 2016, he has helped founders scale globally and advised corporates on transformative technologies across Southeast Asia, India, South Korea, and the Middle East. His portfolio work includes Coherent, Finaccel, Reebelo, AI Rudder, Igloo Insure, and LeadIQ, where he drives growth and strategic initiatives.

Before Cathay Innovation, Rajive was a Managing Director at PwC Strategy (formerly Booz & Co.) in New York City, leading the TMT sector for the firm’s Private Equity practice. He began his career at AT&T in Dallas in corporate strategy & development and is also a former founder, having built, scaled, and successfully exited a U.S.-based pet services startup.

Rajive holds an MBA from Cornell University and a B.Sc. from Bentley University. Outside of work, he sails, hikes, dabbles in photography, and pursues projects that challenge him to explore new ideas and emerging technologies.
