Shengjie Mao (Iris)

Iris is VP of Middle Office at Cathay Capital, based in Shanghai, where she focuses primarily on Cathay’s Midcap and Innovation funds. Before joining Cathay in 2018, she spent nearly nine years at Ernst & Young in Shanghai, progressing to Senior Manager in the Financial Services Organization (FSO) and conducting audit projects across insurance, asset management, and small loan industries.

She holds CICPA and ACCA certifications and graduated from Fudan University.
