Valentine Dufeigneux

Valentine is a Marketing & Communications Manager at Cathay Capital’s Paris headquarters, where she drives the deployment of communications, PR and events across Europe while ensuring global strategic consistency. In addition to her MarComs role, she leads the Cathay Capital Foundation, overseeing the group’s philanthropic initiatives and patronage programs.

She began her career in the institutional sphere, working for a public affairs firm in Paris before moving to Brussels to lead advocacy efforts for an NGO. Valentine then joined Hopscotch, a leading corporate communications agency, where she specialized in executive positioning and public affairs, advising major French and European CEOs on their corporate reputation and leadership communication. While Cathay’s international reach first drew her in, Valentine’s real motivation lies in the vibrant community she interacts with every day, bridging the gap between investors and portfolio company founders through a variety of impactful projects.

A graduate of the Université de Montréal and Université Paris Dauphine, Valentine is as passionate about travel as she is about music. A pianist and singer at heart, she brings a bit of melody to the office, where she is often caught humming a tune through the corridors of Rue d’Anjou.
