Vincent Roy

Vincent Roy is Director of IT, Data & AI at Cathay Innovation and Cathay Capital. Based in Paris, he leads the firm’s AI-first strategy across France, Germany, and the United States, with a focus on secure platforms, data governance, business enablement, and delivering better customer experience through technology and data. Prior to joining Cathay Innovation, he held senior data and AI roles at Bpifrance and Airbus, where he led large-scale data transformation, governance, and analytics initiatives. Vincent holds an MBA in Strategy and Competitive Intelligence from ESLSCA and an engineering degree from Icam.
